Please read — these terms apply to every Carprix membership.

Key terms. Your membership is billed quarterly in advance, in USD, and renews automatically. The minimum commitment is 3 quarterly payments — 9 months, counted from the delivery of your vehicle; the first payment is held as a reservation deposit until delivery. Ending the membership before the 3 payments requires settling the remaining balance and returning the vehicle intact; quarterly fees are not refunded after delivery. After payment you and your co-responsible party sign the Subscription Agreement (you first) and we complete the compliance review — identity, licence, insurance. Carprix may decline an application after review; the payment is then refunded in full. Delivery within 30 days at the handover meeting point confirmed at signing. Insurance is your responsibility. The member and the co-responsible party are jointly and severally responsible under the agreement. Drivers under 25: the insurance deductible may be up to USD 5,000 per claim, a refundable Additional Security Deposit equal to that deductible is invoiced before delivery, and Guardian Monitoring is included at no fee for members under 25.
